A Homemade Birthday

Nathan turned 4 yesterday, hooray! We had a truly homemade birthday.Brother Dan and I made the cake and he finished the decorations with Sweet Tea while Nate stuck his candles in there.

Dan and Sweet Tea made a birthday banner in which Nate added his own creativity. Then to add to the homemade fun,we invited our neighbors over for a surprise party. Nate was just brimming with joy when the doorbell would ring and our guests trickled in. And he loved being sung the Happy Birthday song and blowing his candles over and over again! After playing with his new swords (Wal-mart made, though)with his friends,we went to attend Gather and Pray at our church. It was a great day for this birthday boy. Happy Birthday little Nate!We love you!
